Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed through a combination of automatic system and manual verification via WhatsApp or call.
Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
If the order is cancelled after shipping or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, the customer must pay the delivery charges (both ways).

Payment Methods
We accept payments via bKash and Nagad. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via message. Please provide correct delivery information to avoid delays.
