You may request a return or exchange within 3 to 7 days from the date of delivery.
Any complaint or return request must be informed to us within 24 hours of receiving the product with clear photos/videos.
The saree must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, packaging intact, and the blouse piece unused.
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered. Change of mind returns are not accepted.
If approved, we will arrange exchange or refund via bKash or bank transfer.
Return shipping cost will be paid by ShareeRupa (we will arrange pickup).
Special or heavily discounted items may not be eligible for return.
